
Stir-Fried Pork Slices
with Scallions
Ingredients
7 oz (200g) lean boneless
pork
1 tbsp soy sauce
7 oz (200g ) scallions
5 wood ears, reconstituted in hot water
4 tbsp vegetable oil
1/4 tsp. MSG (optional)
Directions
- Cut the pork into slices about 1 1/4
inch by 5/8 inch by 1/8 inch ( 3cm by
16mm by 8 mm ). Cut the scallions diagonally
into 1 1/4 inch (3 cm ) sections.
- Heat the oil in a wok to very hot, 350oF
(180oC). Add the pork slices and stir-fry
for 30 seconds.
- Add the soy sauce, wood ears, MSG(optional),
and scallions. Stir-fry for 2 more minutes,
remove and serve.
