
Ingredients
2 tomatoes
2 egg
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1 tablespoon of chopped green
spring onion
1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil
Dice the
tomatoes (fig.1). Beat in an
egg and add salt, chopped spring
onion, sesame oil and mix well
(fig.2)
. Cover
with cling-wrap and cook on
high for 3 minutes. Stir it
at intervals and cook for another
2 minutes.Ingredients

200g of shrimp meat
1 cup of chives (cut in 1"
length)
3 mushrooms
3 slices ham
2 tablespoons of chopped green
spring onion
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon of salt

Cover with cling-wrap. Cook
on high for 3 minutes. Remove
and mix well with 2 tablespoons
of oil and chives. Pour in the
egg mixture
(fig.3) and cook
on high for 4 minutes.
