of string beans
2 tablespoons of green spring
onion
1 tablespoons of chopped ginger
1 tablespoons of chopped garlic
2 tablespoons of szechuan
pickled mustard greens (chop
finely)
2 tablespoons of dried shrimps
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 teaspoon os salt
1 teaspoon of sesame oil

Cover and fry on high heat for
5 minutes. Remove and drain.
. Cover with cling-wrap,
and cook on high heat for 3
minutes till fragnt. Add in
the fried string beans, soy
sauce, sugear, salt and sesame
oil. Cook on high heat for 3
minutes. Stir and cook for another
2 minutes.Ingredients

of lettuce
4 garlic cloves
1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
1/4 teaspoon of sesame oil
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of stock
1 teaspoon of corn flour
1 tablespoon of water
. Fry on high heat
for 2 1/2 minutes till fragrant.
Remove and add in the lettuce
(fig.2)
. Pinch of salt and pour
in the stock. Mix evenly. Cover
and cook on high heat for 2
minutes. Add corn flour to thicken
and finely. Add in the oyster
sauce and sesame oil.
