
Ingredients
200g
of broad beans (without husk)
300g of spare ribs
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of wine
to remove the blood from the
sparerib. Rinse again with tapwater.
Drain and add 6 cups of water
(fig.2)
. Cover with cling-wrap
and cook on high heat for 5
minutes. Add in the broad beans
(fig.3)
and cook for 10 minutes.Ingredients

of kale (Chinee broccoli)
2 tablespoons of oyster oil
1 teaspoon of sesame oil
1 teaspoon of salt
.
Prepare 2 tablespoons of oil
and 1 teaspoon of salt. Mix
evenly, and wrap over the reatly
arranged kale
(fig.2). Cook
on high heat for 4 minutes.
Add oyster sauce, and mix into
it when ready (fig.3)
