. Cover with cling-wrap
and cook on high for 10 minutes.
Remove and cut it into slices.

1 tablespoon of corn flour

bean paste

Soak in water for about 5 minutes
(to open up and lossen the shredded
spring onion). Drain and put
into the plate.
and cook on high
heat for 2 minutes. Remove and
add shredded pork. Stir-fry
and cover with cling-wrap. Cook
on high heat for 4 minutes.
Remove and put cooked pork on
top of shredded spring onion
